These terms apply to services provided by LR Collections, LLC, doing business as Naples Rug Spa. Our Privacy Policy describes how we handle personal information, and our Acceptable Use Policy sets out messaging consent, appropriate-use, and opt-out practices.
Estimates
Estimates are based on the rug sizes, condition, and service details you provide. Final pricing is determined when we measure and inspect your rugs.
Text-messaging terms
By checking the optional SMS consent box on our Free Estimate form, you agree to receive text messages from Naples Rug Spa about your estimate, pickup and delivery arrangements, and questions you ask. Messages may be sent manually or using automated technology.
These are informational service messages. We do not use this consent for promotional or marketing texts. Providing a phone number, submitting a form, or acknowledging a cookie notice does not by itself enroll you in text messages.
- Message frequency varies based on your service and interactions with us.
- Message and data rates may apply. Contact your mobile carrier for details about your plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. Standard alternatives include STOPALL, UNSUBSCRIBE, END, and QUIT. After an opt-out confirmation, you will receive no further texts unless you opt in again.
- Reply HELP for help, call (239) 206-1481, or email questions@naplesrugspa.com.
- SMS consent is optional and is not a condition of requesting an estimate or making a purchase.
- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
Our Privacy Policy explains how we protect mobile numbers and text-message consent information. Our Acceptable Use Policy also governs the messaging service.
