Naples Rug Spa has done wonders for my area rug, it had not been cleaned in years and needed a major overhaul. I originally obtained the rug after it was used in a salt cave spa and it was very stiff. The technician that came to survey and transport my rug was very knowledgeable and patient. He made the process very easy from the beginning to the end. My rug was returned looking beautiful. The colors were more vibrant than I ever imagined. I was recommended to Naples Rug Spa by Hadinger's and Abbey carpet located in Naples due to a dog urine issue that occurred multiple times on my $4000.00 bamboo silk and wool rug. On top of that, a cleaning lady attempted to clean these spots with water w/out my knowledge; It was a disaster!! Mike as well as Ryan over the phone and via photos that I emailed, assured me they felt confident they could make it better. No one can guarantee you anything 100% but I felt I had hope and nothing to lose. I dropped off the rug at their warehouse and Mike was very friendly as well as the gentleman that cleans the rugs. They both in person felt the rug was salvageable. They explained the whole process. They told me they would call me when finished and I could examine before taking it home. They also offered a treatment to the rug for an additional fee that would further protect it from damage. Today I went to see the rug and WOW.. I could not believe my eyes. The only slight difference was due to the dyes used in my rug. It faded just a slight bit. BUT no stains or damage was visible. I was so impressed not only by the end result but the quick turnaround time. This will be the only place I ever use for cleaning rugs.

This company is so good! We have had two large rugs (actually carpets) sent out and cleaned twice with this company. The staff are so professional, and friendly. They went above and beyond to make sure the furniture and things looked perfect in our center after they picked up the rugs and when they came back to place them. Stains were completely gone! Had a rug (11'5 X 12'2) custom made and given to us for our wedding. It was so filthy with dirt, stains, food spills, baby spit up, and oils from foot traffic, every day use, and babies from the past 8 years! We almost gave up hope and threw it out but was recommended Naples Rug Spa by a friend. I just got it back and unrolled it and we are blown away! My wife jokingly said, "we need to sell it" because it's the cleanest that it has looked since we first had it. We sent three rugs to Naples Rug Spa (including one large living room size rug) for cleaning. No major stains or other problems just thought they could use some freshening up after a few years of wear. They came back looking at least as good as the day we bought them! My experience with Naples Rug Spa was fantastic! I sent them a 10’x17’ area rug that was extremely dirty and stained (the fringe alone was dark brown!) and I thought was beyond saving, but also a very expensive rug so I wanted to at least try and save it. I could not believe it when I saw the rug - it came out BEAUTIFULLY! Ryan mentioned that that they could place the rug where I needed it (move the furniture, place the rug and put the furniture back) for a nominal fee (which I now highly recommend!). They could not have been more professional, courteous and patient and they both took the utmost care with my furniture. THANK YOU team - I could not be happier!
