Very professional, fair and most of all, honest. When discussing the process and the quote, Ryan took time to thoroughly explain the processes, and he was very clear about costs as well as the range of results that could occur: there was no room for customer assumptions or guessing about expectations, so I was confident after the very first conversation that we were getting the best treatment for our large wool area rug. In addition, he never “pushed” the options he offered: I felt comfortable deciding what would work best for our needs and budget.
When, after the first cleaning, Ryan called to request keeping the rug a little longer to clean it a second time (no additional cost), his experienced intuitions and “eagle eye” were correct and he was more satisfied with the result.
I was also delighted with the two polite gentlemen who delivered and reinstalled the rug: a 10x10 rug is not an easy “beast” to wrestle(!) These gentlemen also patiently worked with my desire to have everything lined up to my satisfaction (they were dealing with my years of liking things straight as a pin!) They put my furniture back precisely as well and were simply very hard working and kind-hearted fellows, very knowledgeable and professional.
Overall a fabulous experience! I will be using Naples Rug Spa again…I have already passed on Ryan’s name and information to one of my neighbors and will continue to share my positive experiences with others I know.
